A wake up call

I had a bad dreams last night, i was being shot at by a rifle, well... damn bullet broke my shin bone.. lucky it was a dream.....

Well, on to that.. i just wanna shared some of my experience backed in Western Sahara when i was doing my volunteer for Humanitarian Right United Nations. It was my school holidays then, i got about 2 months break from all this hectic environment, so i figure that Africa-Helping people wasn't a bad idea... but it is all until I've reach there.

Western Sahara so isolated from supplies, transport, food and water, even communications from the civil war going on there... our mission is to distribute foods equally and vaccinated most of the villagers there . Well its kindda hard though to distributes since they all fight all the time, so we separate the goods into few units so they split up on distributions... The sun was so darn hot there, we drink mostly 7 liters of water everyday, not to mentions how many time we showered.. It was a cruel land, and i do respect people who lives there...

But i want to thank you Sahara for teaching me a lot of things... A lot of them make scene now for what ive become today, and where i stand on my ground....

When i was back then, the day was so hot and the night was cold.. so we do enjoy our every night there, it was then everything in life makes sense.... ive asked my self, "what happen if its us", "what happen if our country turn to be like this", "Why did i commit to this program"....
see Sahara was a cruel teacher, it remind us backed at school, do not skip class or you'll be punished and when you go to classes you will learned something. So did i...

All my friends was asking me why i did this, am i a action junkie or something, well i just tell them that someone has to do the job, even if its dirty.. but someone got to do it, that's what makes life's balance.... you have to get out from your comfort zone sometimes, to see how others being hurt on the other part of the world, by then you will learned the true meanings of life it self... when you think about pain... know this, there are more people that being hurt in so many ways possible...

Enjoy and cherish every moment of it... Because you never know what comes next...

Remember this: Everything that happen has been planned for us, nothing is a coincidence in life

p/s Thanks to my dad for sending me there... I know u wanna to teach me something.. lol

Ouch...

What i did on my Black Monday off day...

I went to this ligament repair workshop at med fac serdang...

There are four major ligaments in the knee. The ligaments in the knee connect the femur (thighbone) to the tibia (shin bone), and include the following:

  • anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) - the ligament, located in the center of the knee, that controls rotation and forward movement of the tibia (shin bone).
  • posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) - the ligament, located in the center of the knee, that controls backward movement of the tibia (shin bone).
  • medial collateral ligament (MCL) - the ligament that gives stability to the inner knee.
  • lateral collateral ligament (LCL) - the ligament that gives stability to the outer knee.

Reasons for the Procedure

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is located toward the front of the knee. It is the most common ligament to be injured. The ACL is often stretched and/or torn during a sudden twisting motion (when the feet stay planted one way, but the knees turn the other way). Skiing, basketball, and football are sports that have a higher risk of ACL injuries.

The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is located toward the back of the knee. It is also a common knee ligament to be injured. However, the PCL injury usually occurs with sudden, direct impact, such as in a car accident or during a football tackle.

The medial collateral ligament (MCL) is located on the inner side of the knee. It is injured more often than the lateral collateral ligament (LCL), which is on the outer side of the knee. Stretch and tear injuries to the collateral ligaments are usually caused by a blow to the outer side of the knee, such as when playing hockey or football.

Last but not least, Ive learned the pain, lolz

Gotta send my blood for screening reports, so I figure I'll draw it myself, but then i know its painful.. lolz

Todays playlist!! lol

Leaving On A Jet Plane

All my bags are packed I'm ready to go
I'm standin' here outside your door
I hate to wake you up to say goodbye
But the dawn is breakin' it's early morn
The taxi's waitin' he's blowin' his horn
Already I'm so lonesome I could die

So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go
Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh babe, I hate to go

There's so many times I've let you down
So many times I've played around
I tell you now, they don't mean a thing
Every place I go, I'll think of you
Every song I sing, I'll sing for you
When I come back, I'll bring your wedding ring

So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go
Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh babe, I hate to go

Now the time has come to leave you
One more time let me kiss you
Close your eyes I'll be on my way
Dream about the days to come
When I won't have to leave alone
About the times, I won't have to say

So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go
Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh baby, I hate to go

Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh babe, I hate to go

Vanilla Twilight

The stars lean down to kiss you
And I lie awake and miss you
Pour me a heavy dose of atmosphere

'Cause I'll doze off safe and soundly
But I'll miss your arms around me
I'd send a postcard to you, dear
'Cause I wish you were here

I'll watch the night turn light-blue
But it's not the same without you
Because it takes two to whisper quietly

The silence isn't so bad
'Til I look at my hands and feel sad
'Cause the spaces between my fingers
Are right where yours fit perfectly

I'll find repose in new ways
Though I haven't slept in two days
'Cause cold nostalgia
Chills me to the bone

But drenched in vanilla twilight
I'll sit on the front porch all night
Waist-deep in thought because
When I think of you I don't feel so alone

I don't feel so alone, I don't feel so alone

As many times as I blink
I'll think of you tonight
I'll think of you tonight

When violet eyes get brighter
And heavy wings grow lighter
I'll taste the sky and feel alive again

And I'll forget the world that I knew
But I swear I won't forget you
Oh, if my voice could reach
Back through the past
I'd whisper in your ear
Oh darling, I wish you were here

Belay on!

Gosh how climbing are addicted... Ive started climbing when i was backed in school days, back then it was a small community of climber in Puckapunyal, its a small province like area just below Melbourne, as then I was the only Malaysian surrounded by Aussie dude it was the only activity they have other than swimming.
A small town where i grew up.. from a boy to a man...
It was a damn good exposure though as your head and mind tents to open up. As your body's grow, so does your mind...
when i was backed in Malaysia I've joined the Hikers Climber Adventure Team, as the team was based in Section 13 Shah Alam, they also manage the Shah Alam extreme park. It was then I've started my climbing activity back... Along the way i meet some great friends, it was cool though as the climbing community in Malaysia is small, when you go climbing here and there, you will see the familiar faces... so it was coolAlong the way, we've heard that a new gym gonna be open in Putrajaya, and its free for time being, so me and my friends gave it a shot.. the place is huge, the biggest one I've ever been at.. well it was so much cool when to think of it that we do have it in Malaysia, As i climb there I've meet with Abg Long(Shah), and he was looking for some more technical/instructor as i was on my holidays for 2month and a half.. so here I am in Putrajaya Challenge Park..As i was here, i think i give a shot at some route setting... well end of the days, i did few and the grading start from 6a+ til 6c+, the newest one is a yellow traverse route, few cross move and flagging i guess, but it was fun.. as my 2 attempt i fell 2 runners.. lol, Thanks to Bob he did manage to catch my fall.. sigh*

Here's some of my Rock Climbing (Outdoor Climbing) pic...
